MY ROLE:

Conducted competitor analysis on various construction websites, including local, in North America and client suggested. Contacted the client on a regular basis and showed progress of my work throughout.

Created all design assets, and wrote all the content. The layout and host of the website was done in SquareSpace.

Process.

The Problem: Client wanted the website to have an online presence and wanted to be able to send customers, and future employees there to show legitimacy to the business.

The Process: Discuss website in detail with the client. Conduct competitor analysis on similar businesses websites. Research topics to complete content writing. Find and implement top performing SEO.

The Solution: Utilize Google My Business to get the company more visible on Google. Created a modern, clutter-free landing page website where clients can find out what services Strongback provides, find the business and easily contact the company. Drive traffic to the website by word of mouth, business cards and Google search.

COMPETITOR ANALYSIS.

Silverado Construction:

  • Hard to find on Google due to competing automotive name.

  • Modern block layout but feels cluttered.

  • Quickly able to find contact information and what they offer.

Riptide Construction:

  • Easy to find contact information and about services.

  • Clean menu system.

  • Quickly found on Google, due to reviews and paid ads.

  • Outdated and cluttered.

Google My Business.

RESULTS:

  • Client reported a 40% increase in inquiries and business after the website and Google My Business was live.

  • Client would increase business further by asking customers for Google reviews to increase rank status and by using Google paid for Ads to promote the business.
