My Role.

Conducted heuristic evaluations and Competitor analysis to determine badge placement, and LinkedIn button placement.

Process.

The Problem.

User unable to find badges quickly on Conquer Local. Easy access to add to LinkedIn button needed.

The Process.

Gathered information from my team. Conducted heuristic evaluation on existing website and competitor analysis on other learning academy websites. Created prototype concepts in FIgma of how the problem areas were supposed to look. Presented to team on various occasions. Handed over to the dev team to complete.

The Solution.

  • Added badge icon to existing menu tray.

  • Appended existing menu tabs in main profile page to include “achievement” title for easy access to badges.

  • Created multiple options for one-click LinkedIn add button, to the main badge area in achievements and to the secondary badge page.
